It'll be better apache2-mod_mpm_itk.
Cause in fact u'll have to use a2enmod mpm_itk (not mpm-itk)
And there is already modules with undescore in name, like:
apache2-mod_auth_ntlm_winbind
And i have question about permissions on /var/lib/php5 with itk usage.
Should i open another issue or can ask here? :)
