On a just installed Tumbleweed system on a Raspberry Pi 1B (armv6l) I tried to install a perl module using cpan. After some experimenting I found that I needed to install the packages make and gcc. Apparently the package perl, which provides /usr/bin/cpan, needs requirements for these two packages.
