Since the most recent tumbleweed update, the labels on konsole tabs
are sometimes wrong, which is quite confusing when one has got used to
them.

For example:

1) I start a new konsole window. The tab label is "roger : bash".

2) I ssh to the system walrus. The tab label is "() walrus". So far so good.

3) I exit. The tab label is again "roger : bash"

4) I ssh to the system jabberwock. The tab label is "() walrus".
Rather than the expected "() jabberwock".
