yast2-control-center-qt3 with icons restored and symlinks created

  The online-update and software repository config icons are missing for the
bewildering reason that somebody renamed the icon base names in 15.1 from:

      yast-online_update

to

      yast-update-online

and somebody renamed the repository config icon name from:

      yast-sw_source

to

      yast-update-online-configuration.png

  Why this is a good idea is a mystery, but to restore the online-update and
software configuration icons in the yast2-control-center-qt3, (after installing
the normal .png icons), all you need are two symlinks:

    yast-update-online-configuration.png -> yast-sw_source.png

    yast-update-online.png -> yast-online_update.png

(I guess they would need to be added in each of the themes, crystal, hicolor
and oxygen)
