* This appears to be a Single Customer Affecting Issue.  

I can confirm that Samba is working properly on multiple machines/Domain
Controllers.  I am running the following version of Samba:
samba-4.15.7+git.376.dd43aca9ab2-150300.3.32.1  

* Reporting user indicated that he is currently running Samba version:
samba-4.15.4+git.324.8332acf1a63

* I suggest the Reporter update to
samba-4.15.7+git.376.dd43aca9ab2-150300.3.32.1 
* I suggest the Reporter run "testparm -v" to test the Samba configuration;
possibly with the addition of 'hostname' and/or 'hostIP'
