I am using ntpd-rs which correctly conflicts on other ntp-daemons: https://build.opensuse.org/projects/network:time/packages/ntpd-rs/files/ntpd-rs.spec?expand=1 This causes leap upgrades to break, since patterns-base-base-20200505-59 now *requires* chrony.
