I'll attach journal of my machine. It is a virtual machine running under VirtualBox, currently paused and with the zypper dup process unfinished, so that I can run commands on it that you say in order to investigate. If you wish, I can send you the entire VM. I have taken a snapshot while this was happening. I simply have a session running XFCE, under Leap 15.0 Beta. Kernel 4.12.14-lp150.8-default (Sat Apr 7). In a terminal, I do "su -", then later "zypper dup" and that's it. It was running well, but after perhaps fifteen minutes I looked and it was stalling on each package for long. Somebody else had mentioned the issue in the mail list, so I started looking. Relevant section, just after this line: May 27 11:38:53 linux-phe7 [RPM][19506]: erase systemd-234-lp150.16.1.x86_64: success I'll attach the journal and the terminal buffer where zypper dup is running.
