Comment # 3 on bug 1055226 from Petr Gajdos

I have checked, everywhere (GraphicsMagick, ImageMagick) the
Ascii85Initialize() and Ascii85Encode() is run on `image' variable, there's no
`tile_image' confusion. Comment made on Aug 18 in upstream issue supports it.
Closing as fixed, we are far away in Factory.
