Comment # 7 on bug 1201772 from Chris Wong

Most of the option under "System Settings" in lxqt-config that started with
YaST exhibit the similar symptom i.e. No just hwinfo.

bash: /sbin/yast2 system_settings: No such file or directory
bash: /sbin/yast2 partitioner: No such file or directory
bash: /sbin/yast2 alternatives: No such file or directory
bash: /sbin/yast2 timezone: No such file or directory
bash: /sbin/yast2 hwinfo: No such file or directory
bash: /sbin/yast2 language: No such file or directory

So will that be Leap 15.4 or LXQt.
