I have a few questions:
1) did you do installation or upgrade?
2) do you use old fashioned interface names in installed system? How did you
disabled using persistent names in such case?
3) was/is there an ifcfg file right after the installation?
/etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-enp0 in your case?
