(The same happened on my 15.1; now I upgraded to 15.3 and have the same problem again, so I report it again for this release...) I use(d) alt-gr + key + second key for some special characters: alt-gr + + i = alt-gr + ~ + n = This doesn't work anymore. it simply types the accent or tilde and the character on the next position (i, ~n). It is the Swiss German keyboard, where Alt-Gr is (should be) used as the compose key on those characters.
