If things get broken after resume, it's either a kernel drive issue or touchpad
configuration got lost during suspend the machine. The latter you can check
with  'xinput list-propos <id>' or 'synclient -l' respectively and compare the
output before suspend and after resume. But I'm afraid it's a kernel issue.
