I have been testing 13.1 with RDNSS, which is a method of obtaining a DNS server address via IPv6. On my notebook computer, running 13.1 and using the KDE network manager, it does not obtain a DNS server address, unless an IPv4 DHCP server is running. As RDNSS is the preferred way of obtaining a DNS server address, as per RFC6106, this should be fixed.
