Comment # 3 on bug 980402 from Denislav Radoslavov

I have not forgotten modprobe i2c-dev. With modprobe i2c-dev i2c-tools not
work. problem is in python-smbus packages. Packages python-smbus not compiled
with opensuse kernel.
