So, just to clarify for me: the proposal is to include the package
Kernel:tools/elfutils (which is actually r77 of openSUSE:Factory/elfutils) into
SLE-15:Update, right?  And we want to do that because something is currently
broken on SLE-15 (or Leap), but what exactly is broken?  Comment #2 and #3
confuse
me a bit.  We don't have ppc64 (without le) in SLE15.

Either way, if we want to include it in SLE-15 all the CVE patches need to be
checked if they are indeed included (from a cursory look they all are from
git commits, so I assume this to be the case for most of them).  Then we only
need to preserve the .changes entries about this.

Martin is currently on vacation, so how urgent is this?
