+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #882719 +++ User-Agent: Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux x86_64) Presto/2.12.388 Version/12.16 I installed the sensord package. It provides /usr/lib/systemd/system/sensord.service which has the following entry: EnvironmentFile=/etc/sysconfig/sensord Since /etc/sysconfig/sensord is missing, the service sensord cannot be started. The corresponding error messages in /var/log/messages are systemd[1]: Starting Log hardware monitoring data... systemd[1]: Failed to load environment files: No such file or directory systemd[1]: sensord.service failed to run 'start' task: No such file or directory systemd[1]: Failed to start Log hardware monitoring data.
