The pcp package ships a bunch of symlinks found in /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/pcp.conf
which cannot be created in Micro-OS.

This causes 9 errors to be logged to the journal:

/usr/share/pcp/lib/rc-proc.sh.minimal) failed: Read-only file system
