The system were I try to install Leap 42.1 has 3 disk with encrypted lvm partitions on it. I want to install into an empty logical volume os_leap in the volume group sda2-vg. The enrypted lvms are all opened sucessfully. However, the installer does not allow editing the mount point for the logical volume, saying it is in use. Executing # lvchange -an sda2-vg does not help. What is interesting is the i can edit the mount point of the logical volume in the volume group external (sdc1). Probably next bug: Deleting the logical volume os_leap results in the installer deleting the whole volume group. Now I managed to trick the installer into using os_leap as / by using the "Import Mountpoints" utility. Why is this possible? I cannot change the mount point myself. When executing the install the installer fails, but this may be due to these bugs. All yast logs are attached. I can repeat the process if that is required. I know that i would not be able to boot into this installation but I refrained from formating sda1 where the boot loader of my old installation is located until I tested the new install. Note that this install was run without any network connection. Could the installer potentially update itself when internet is available?
