This has nothing to do with Windows. It is simply about package names *in openSUSE*. The same issue once concerned K.Garloff's "dd_rescue" (existed in the 90s), and A.Diaz's "ddrescue" (exists since 2009), and the latter is listed under "gnu_ddrescue" in SUSE (and "addrescue" in Debian) to reasonably distinguish the two.
