Comment # 4 on bug 1234006 from Frank Krüger

Your issue might be related to plymouth, which therefore was reverted in
TW20241127 to the ostensibly stable version
plymouth-22.02.122+94.4bd41a3-12.1.x86_64. While it works fine for me, there
are several reports in the openSUSE Forum that it is not solved for others. For
a workaround, see :
