This problem was found when upgrading from Leap 42.1 to 42.2 beta1. And it can
be reproduced after 42.2 beta1 installed.

On fresh installed Leap 42.2 beta1, install package "plasma5-workspace-devel",
then install "kapptemplate"

    # zypper in plasma5-workspace-devel
    # zypper in kapptemplate

There's conflict warning:

    Problem: plasma5-workspace-devel-5.7.3-1.1.x86_64 conflicts with
kapptemplate <= 16.03.80 provided by kapptemplate-15.12.3-1.5.x86_64
      Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
        deinstallation of plasma5-workspace-devel-5.7.3-1.1.x86_64
        deinstallation of plasma-framework-devel-5.24.0-1.2.x86_64
        deinstallation of krunner-devel-5.24.0-1.2.x86_64
      Solution 2: do not install kapptemplate-15.12.3-1.5.x86_64

    Choose from above solutions by number or cancel [1/2/c] (c):

/var/log/zypper.log attached.
