>From the installation source grab the kernel-xen RPM.  You can then
extract boot/vmlinuz-xen from the RPM.  Use a command like,
'rpm2cpio kernel-xen-3.16.6-2.1.x86_64.rpm | cpio -ivd'

Yes, you should be able to upgrade a 13.1 VM to 13.2.
