Thank you for the logs! I was suspecting the configuration utility was not
configuring the monitors correctly, but the xrandr output shows that they are
set up exactly as the screenshot shows. So X server thinks the monitors are set
up this way. No errors in X log or dmesg.

It seems something is wrong on lower level. It is strange that the behavior was
the same with amdpro. Unless someone else has better idea what to try, could
you please test with kernel of the day?
