Comment # 10 on bug 1140401 from James Rome

I am a bit confused about this. A previous comment said my repositories were
wrong, and I changed the 15.0 kde extra to 15.1, and uninstalled recoll, and
reinstalled it from the new repository. But this says 15.0.
I also changed the default python to 3:

But I still get the same problem. Cannot start the bottle server. See attached
image.
