Added Lenovo Ideapad MIIX 720-12IKB to no_hw_rfkill_list

Booting openSUSE on a Lenovo Ideapad MIIX 720-12IKB results in wireless being
reported as hardware-blocked by rfkill. This seems to be caused by the
ideapad_laptop module and is fixed by blacklisting the module.
However other ideapad_laptop features are then also lost. When adding the
vendor and product version into the no_hw_rfkill_list of the module, wireless
is no longer hardware blocked.
