hrger.pfa  hritr.pfa  hrpldi.pfa  hrplti.pfa  hrscs.pfa
hrgrr.pfa  hrpld.pfa  hrplt.pfa   hrscc.pfa are the "Hershey" fonts. 

These have historically been problematic and I thought these were ghosted from
the package or shipped in a sub-package. IMHO these should never be in a
default install. 

Putting on my Scribus developer hat, on startup we run tests against the
available fonts and reject those with certain levels of brokeness, like missing
glyphs etc. We've rejected the Herhsey fonts since day one.
