Comment # 3 on bug 1013206 from Fabian Vogt

Reopening for two reasons:

- I don't think an openQA test should softfail because of a WONTFIX bug, that's
a bit annoying
- I added cracklib-dict-full to the Krypton installer and it still fails, so
there's something else wrong as well
