First tests seem to not be too bad with kexec=1 (passed on the kernel command
line) - I'd seen my net intaller boot with linuxrc 5.0.84, then download things
from download.o.o and respanwn as 5.0.83 (which is currently published)

The installer seems to have worked as well

now the challenge will be to make this the default for the net installer, and
not have the users ask to enter the parameter

(seems either kiwi-instplugin would need to add it or gfxboot set the parameter
as default, but that might impact also non-net installers)
