Ok. This looks like a regression in KMS (Intel Skylake DT GT2). Could you plase
make an installation via 'brokenmodules=drm', then install a kernel of openSUSE
42.2. Then remove brokenmodules=drm during boot and verify, whether the issue
exists with the kernel of 42.2 as well.
