Um, yes it could be relevant. At least it shows there is some generic network
issue.

So the package could not be downloaded from the server.

I guess the problem is somewhere in the VBox emulation as in the NAT mode it
works.

Closing as WONTFIX as 12.1 is out of support anyway, if you can still reproduce
the problem in the latest openSUSE version (42.2-pre or TumbleWeed) then please
report again.
