It is a Leap 15 specific package that is not part of SLE 15.

I do not plan further improvement of meson.build GETTEXT_DOMAIN evaluation in
translation-update-upstream. So I will fix breakages by:

Step 1:
Comment out translation-update-upstream and build

Step 2:
check -lang package rpm to get the correct value of gettext domain

Step 3:
Explicitly specify gettext domain:
translation-update-upstream [translation directory] [gettext domain]

If a message:
Updating [language].po using translation-update-upstream.
appears in the build log, then translation-update-upstream was able to find the
translation.
