This project seems to be dead. The URL yields a HTTP 404 error. I found a
6-y-old mirror on Github:

We don't ship it for Factory. The latest package for Leap is in 
openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP2.

Do we still need to carry this apparently unmaintained package?
