a little extra, when i installed the nvidia drivers, i noticed that there was a
error when the driver was trying to compile, and looks like that i was missing
the "libelf-dev" package, so i installed it, and reinstalled the driver again,
and its now working, but i still have the systemd-tmp files message error, but
the permission problem suddenly disapparated
