Comment # 15 on bug 1103008 from Steve John

Dave,

I did two things this morning.
1) zypper dup to make tumbleweed up-to-date
2) I installed libwxsvg3 1.5.14-11.1 from the repo X11:wxWidgets

I still got the same error. 
Then I rebooted and tested again for completeness - FAIL 

As I was typing this up, I had an idea to check your repo.
I see your home repo has a slightly newer version at:
libwxsvg3-1.5.14-16.1.x86_64.rpm

So I installed from your repo, but that also fails with the same error.

Sorry for the bad news, but I do appreciate all of your efforts.
