Hi Michal, thanks for opening this bug report.

We did a version upgrade to net-snmp-5.9.3 that also fixed the logrotate issue.

Please keep in mind that openSUSE 15.3 is EOL and will not longer receive any
updates. Just upgrade to 15.4.
