This is not a KDE problem. Kaffeine is just a frontend to libxine2. You need libxine2-codecs from Packman, Kaffeine should actually install it automatically if you have the Packman repo active. The problem here is that this package is not available for Leap yet. Unfortunately libxine2 fails to build since months, a fix has been submitted but not yet accepted by the maintainer(s): https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/332525 Re-assigning to the xine-lib maintainer, can you please accept the mentioned submit request? Thank you. PS: openSUSE does not provide libdvdcss either.
