I can not scroll down the bugzilla page in bugzilla.opensuse.org to for example edit something that I wrote wrong or to click the submit button when I submit a new bug, it does not work using the mouse wheel either and there is no vertical scrolling bar on the right of the page either. I managed to do so only by hitting tab on the keyboard. The same issue is with the microfocus "forgotten password" page, I had to use tab there too.
