JFYI: There seems to be a similar issue discussed in the openSUSE forum at https://forums.opensuse.org/t/tumbleweed-wont-recover-from-sleep-force-shutdown-required/180210/10, which exists even for kernel 6.11.6, but is solved by turning off BT.
