i noticed this on my laptop.

i think it only happens in this particular sequense:

use laptop with one or more external monitors

unplug external monitor or monitors
(this works nicely, windows get moved to laptop screen )

after using , suspend the laptop ( still without monitors)

when connecting monitors again and then resume the laptop, /dev/shm has / gets
wrong permissions set.

when the laptop has unchanged monitor configuration when waking up, the problem
does not occur.
