openSUSE-13.1 is out of support, and while some updates are still released
thanks to Evergreen community this out of scope of such updates

Furthermore - on openSUSE, 32 bit libraries are installed to /usr/lib and 64bit
ones to /usr/lib64 - lib32 is not used at all
