Comment # 2 on bug 1143711 from Tom���� Chv��tal

It is a correct behaviour.
We discussed it with release managers and since no other distro except for us
renamed it we decided to stick with them for compat reasons.

Also pkgconfig symbol is provided also by pkgconf (as we are removing
pkg-config in favor of pkgconf in TW).
