Seems, ghostscript-cjk isn't availalbe anymore in Tumbleweed. Checked with
Factory:

  ghostscript
  ghostscript-fonts
  ghostscript-fonts-grops
  ghostscript-mini

I'm closing this as resolved/worksforme. If there is still something wrong,
just reopen it.
