Comment # 3 on bug 950851 from Mindaugas Baranauskas

It is strange, that this USB key has 2 partitions:

Then opened in GParted:
First partition is FAT16.
Second partition is unknown type, and has label
"openSUSE-Leap-42.1-DVD-x86_64023"

Then mounted first partition:

./EFI:
BOOT

./EFI/BOOT:
bootx64.efi  grub.cfg  grub.efi  locale  MokManager.efi

./EFI/BOOT/locale:
en.mo

So there is no /boot/x86_64/loader/linux file in first partition.
But this file exist in second partition.
In second partition also exist same EFI directory.
