Yes we disabled publishing to avoid bunch of bugs people emailed about when
adding devel:languages:python.

Actually someone enabled the publish again and that was not supposed to happen,
so I am disabling it again.

You can see the explanation and what you should use.

Also on :backports you can see it is building well for both 15.0 and 15.1.

Also you should never ever really add :Factory repository to your systems. It
will make you exposed to so many bugs you would not believe.
