the problem is in the repo multiplexing script that does
Backports_upload.sh Line 51
(loop over the architectures, loop over ga and update)
        rsync -avH --ignore-existing --delete "$indir/noarch/"
"$outdir$rpmsubdir/noarch$GA/"

the "--delete" here will delete the rpm if the original arch does not have this
version anymore ...
