The whole usability when reusing an existing partition is quite... well,
subject to improvements.

We need a better and deeper improvement than simply changing the default value
of the checkbox.

Feel free to open a separate bug (this one is already "polluted" enough). But
take into account it will take time before we address it (we are focusing on
other areas now).
