Yes, looks like a broken scenario with a previously fully formatted disk which
contains a partition table at the same time. For the time being, YaST informs
to the user and the filesystem is ignored. We plan to revisit this topic. For
now, I will mark this bug as duplicated of this related one bsc#1115807.
