Comment # 13 on bug 1033781 from Ludwig Nussel

Missed that the bug got assigned to me.. This needs to be fixed on yast side,
please remove the Recommends: yast2-registration from yast2-installation.spec
(or put %if !0%{?is_opensuse} around it). yast2-registration has to stay in the
repo for leap.
