Patched .spec file
ffmpeeg is compiled without libzvbi which is needed for displaying Teletext
subtitle as found in DVB recordings. This also affects other software
dependent on libav... libraries including mpv and smplayer.
An updated version of the .spec file is attached to resolve the issue.
