Changing boot order worked... sort of, but not really.  The box booted Xen
fine, but it also apparently corrupted my EFI bios.   When I rebooted to get
back to work, I found I now have a doorstop instead of the workstation I did
have.  I can't even enter bios setup, the thing sits there forever at "Entering
Setup...".

That's just wonderful.
